Solutions
Patient engagement inside strict boundaries
Adherence and engagement programmes built on an identity model that separates clinical data from reward activity.
Business problem
Engagement tooling and clinical data do not mix well
Programmes that encourage adherence need to know that something happened, not what the clinical detail was. Most off-the-shelf loyalty tools cannot express that boundary.
The result is either a programme that never launches, or one that pulls more data than it should.
Solution
Events without clinical payloads
Your systems emit minimal events — an appointment attended, a programme step completed — carrying an identifier and nothing more. Rules act on the event type alone.
Reward activity lives in its own domain with its own access rules, so engagement staff never require access to clinical records.

Representative scenario
A provider running an adherence programme
Attendance emits an event with a pseudonymous reference and an event type. Rules issue rewards on attendance streaks and programme completion.
Engagement staff see reward activity and nothing clinical. The mapping between reference and patient stays in the clinical system.
This is an illustrative scenario showing how the platform would be applied. It is not a customer reference, and no figures in it are measured results.
